SJETL shall ensure that all personnel involved in the quality of operations familiarize with the policies and procedures of the management system and implement the same in their work.

SJETL shall ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining independence, impartiality and integrity in its operations, and improving its management system continuously.
To meet the above objectives, the laboratory follow the management system appropriately for the scope of their activities and meeting the requirements of NABL criteria of accreditation and ISO/IEC: 17025:2017 – “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”, and are provided with necessary resources.
The laboratory is committed to follow good professional practices and provide highest possible standard of services to the customers at all times, and continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.
All personnel concerned with the testing activities of the laboratories shall familiarize themselves with the content of the Laboratory Quality Manual and comply with its policies and procedures laid down in the Laboratory Quality Manual and associated documentation, at all times.
